Website Stewardship
A website shouldn’t become one more thing you have to remember to manage.
Ongoing WordPress care for a healthier, safer, more sustainable website.
01 / A steadier foundation
The goal is simple.
Keep the site you’ve already built working well without creating another ongoing burden for you or your business.
This plan is designed to preserve and protect the website you already have. It gives you ongoing technical care and a real person keeping an eye on your site, rather than leaving maintenance to chance or adding another recurring task to your plate.
02 / What’s included
I take care of the essential maintenance and monitoring that keeps your website healthy over time.
- 01WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates
- 02Testing after updates to make sure the site is still working properly
- 03Daily off-site backups
- 04Restore support if something goes wrong, typically completed within one business day
- 05Security monitoring and malware scans
- 06Known-vulnerability alerts for your plugins and themes
- 07Uptime monitoring
- 08Broken link monitoring across your whole site. If I find any, I’ll let you know with a time estimate to fix them
- 09Comment and spam monitoring
- 10Spam cleanup and flagging anything that needs your attention
- 11A yearly login check-up: who has admin access, old users removed, two-factor login on
- 12A monthly care report showing what was updated, monitored, or caught, with a performance check
03 / More than maintenance
I call this website stewardship because the job is bigger than logging in and clicking “update.”
It is taking ongoing responsibility for keeping an important business asset healthy, orderly, protected, and sustainable.
Your website should be able to keep doing its job without becoming another system you have to constantly babysit.

04 / What this plan is designed for
Website Stewardship is a good fit if:
05 / Three different kinds of website support
I think of website work in three categories.
Stewardship You’re in the right place
Protect and maintain the website you already have.
This plan. $149/month, per site. Updates, backups, security, monitoring, and monthly reporting.
Content Support
Make changes within the existing website.
Small content changes, such as text, image, button, or link updates, are $150/hour. Founding Stewardship members pay $89/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Website Strategy
Improve, evolve, or rethink how the website supports your business.
Messaging, structure, user experience, conversion improvements, or larger changes. Larger updates, new functionality, and website strategy projects are quoted separately before work begins.
Stewardship does not include: regular content updates, new page creation, website redesigns, new features or functionality, copywriting, SEO strategy, conversion strategy, or ongoing website consulting.
Keeping those services separate helps keep the care plan simple, predictable, and sustainable for everyone involved.
06 / Your website stays yours
$149a month
Per site · Monthly or quarterly
That price reflects more than software updates. It includes the responsibility of having a real person keeping an eye on your site.
You own everything.
Your website, domain, hosting account, files, content, and logins stay in your name. My role is to help care for the system you own.
Hand off the maintenance. Keep the keys.
07 / The person keeping watch
Twenty years of building websites, and keeping them running.
One person watching your site.
No support queue.
Nikko
Designer. Strategist. Writer.
I’ve been building brands and websites since 2006.
Some of my clients have trusted me with their sites for years. Healers, authors, coaches, photographers, lawyers, musicians. People whose website is how the work finds them.
Stewardship is the part of my work that happens quietly. Updates run. Backups land. When something looks off, I hear about it before you do.
You’re not handing your site to a faceless plugin or a support queue.
You’re handing it to someone who has been looking after websites for twenty years, and who will still be here next month.
Someone who knows before you do.
08 / Questions? I’ve got you.
